What do you charge for delivery?
Delivery fee depends on your suburb, but for your peace of mind it will never pass $7.
Is there a minimum delivery?
Minimum delivery fee depends on the bottle shop that delivers to your location. You will find the minimum order amount on the top of the page after entering your delivery address.
How long will it take to deliver?
We aim to deliver within 30-45 min. Rainy days and peak hour traffic can sometimes extend delivery times to 1 hour.
How do you choose the products we sell?
Our liquor list caters for every taste and budget. It is like having a bottle shop at your fingertips. If you are looking for something and you did not find it please send us an email and we will try to source it for you from our bottle shop network.
Do you accept returns?
QuickBottle does not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with anything, we are just a phone call away to solve your issue 0421 LIQUOR (547867).

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard or American Express. You could also use Paypal or COD if you like.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yep, simply click on the gift certificate link and fill in the form. Once it is completed we will email the gift certificate to the recipient to be redeemed.
What happens if I am not there when my order arrives?
Someone over the age of 18 must be available to receive the alcohol delivery. A photo ID needs to be presented to the driver on delivery. If no one is available then the order will be returned back to the store and a $20 charge may apply.
How do I schedule an order at a later time?
All orders are delivered instantly on-demand. If you need to schedule a specific time to receive your order, then simply mention your request in the notes section of the checkout page or just schedule a later time when you check out. Our QuickBottle crew will cater for your request.
How do I leave feedback or post a review?
We are constantly looking at improving our services and would love to hear from you. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the post a review button to post your comments.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of the service, orders are dispatched immediately after being received. If you decide to cancel an order please call us on 0421 LIQUOR immediately to notify us, so we can issue a refund. However, if your order is dispatched prior to the cancellation then a $20 charge may apply to cancel the order.
